Refund Policy if Course is Unavailable

Say It Right's courses are comprised of online video and PowerPoint presentations. PowerPoint presentations can be viewed online as a video or downloaded and viewed offline.

Say It Right uses Vimeo & Thinkific to deliver course material to participants.

Say It Right is not responsible for participant connection to Internet or participant's ability to view video or PowerPoint presentation.

If Vimeo is unable to deliver materials or if video and/or materials are not available or unusable at scheduled time Say It Right will work with participants to correct error in a timely manner. If delivery of course material is unresolvable Say It Right will provide a full refund for course.

Refund Policy if Participant Wished to Cancel Registration

2 week notice before scheduled course time is required for a full refund.

A partial refund of 50% is available within 2 weeks of course scheduled start date.

Complaint Policy

We want you to register with confidence when you plan to participate in Say It Right's courses. However, complaints by participants will occasionally occur.

Say It Right will attempt to resolve the complaint in a timely manner that leads to satisfaction for both Say It Right and participant. Please note that once courses are viewed Say It Right does not provide a refund.
